The jil99 Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR age requirements and Philippine gaming law. jil99 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Where jil99 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, jil99 will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data collected to the extent consistent with applicable legal obligations, and retain only such records as are required by PAGCOR or law enforcement for the purposes of documenting the underage access event.
