An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jil99 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to accounts that remain dormant beyond this period, after providing reasonable notice to the Account holder's registered contact details.

Account closure does not exempt you from obligations incurred prior to closure.
Where an Account is suspended due to a Terms violation, the disposition of any remaining Wallet balance will be determined following completion of jil99's investigation and in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
